Tim Brennan is carrying on his family's tradition of buying direct from our state's best cheesemakers, many of them in his own backyard of Green County, WI.
Our Artisanal Wisconsin Cheese Collection features the classics like Aged Cheddars, Swiss Cheese, creamy Cheese Spreads, and, of course, Squeaky Cheese Curds! We also feature Skip's creations like Basil Farmer and Cranberry Cheddar.

Locally-owned, Brennan's stocks the best of Brennan's, including Wisconsin cheese, Chin Drippin' Fruit, specialty food, wine & craft beer, along with a full-service butcher shop, deli, and in-store café.

Our in-store cafe offers a fantastic variety of sandwiches, including our Cuban, Philly Cheesesteak and Bucky Badger Grilled Cheese. Add a side of our famous potato salad and lunch is served.
