1 hard cheese (Aged Cheddar, Parmesan, Aged Swiss)
2 cured meats - Salami, summer sausage, Prosciutto, Driftless Provisions Finnochiona, Soppressata, Loukanika, Saucisson Sec or Chorizo
baguette slices
assorted crackers and breadsticks
