Shipping Information/Policies/Facts

 Our Shipping Policies

Corporate Orders: Call for custom gift boxes of 10 or more. 877-820-3215.
No PO Boxes or APOs: The shipping address must be a street address. UPS will not delivery to either. 
Give the correct address: Please make sure the shipping address is accurate. Remember to include apartment/suite numbers. Brennan's is not responsible for delivery failures or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International Shipments: Due to customs limitations, we cannot ship outside the United States. Sorry. 
Substitutions on Gift Assortments: We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value in gift assortments, if necessary. 
Credit Card Charges: We will not charge your credit card until the order ships. 
Ship date: We reserve the right to change the date due to a variety of factors including weather, product availability, UPS holidays, etc. We prefer to ship on Mondays, so orders arrive at destinations without weekend holdovers. 
Processing/Shipping Time: Our business days are Monday-Friday for shipping, excluding any federal holidays. If for any reason, your orders is delayed, we will notify you via email. In most cases, orders received before 1pm on a shipping day will be shipped that same day.
 
Shipping Facts
What States do you ship to? Brennan's ships cheese to the contiguous U.S. only. Sorry, no Alaska or Hawaii. 
What shipping company do you use?: We only ship via UPS.
Time in Transit: UPS shipping days are business days only.
For example, if you ship a 2nd-Day Air package on Thursday, it will not arrive at its destination until Monday because of the weekend. 
Shipping Disclaimer
Cheese products are perishable and must be delivered promptly to arrive in good condition, particularly during warmer weather (above 70 degrees F). During warm weather, we recommend shipping Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air for all orders outside the one day delivery zone.
For orders shipped during warmer weather or to destinations outside the Upper Midwest (WI, IL, IA, MI, MN), at our discretion, we may hold shipments (typically May-October) and ask you to upgrade to a faster shipping method to insure product quality. Please review our full shipping policies before shipping your order. 
Product Availability Notice:
Occasionally, a product may be temporarily out of stock. We do our best to replenish our products as quickly as possible, but long delays can occur. We will notify you by email to arrange for a substitution or refund of the out of stock
item. 
Pricing Disclaimer for Cheese (this does not include our Classic Holiday Cheese Boxes- these cheeses are exact weight)
We hand-cut all of our cheeses, so the final weight of the individual product may be slightly more or slightly less than what is listed. The listed online price for our cheese is an estimate only. If the weight/price is less than what was paid for, we will issue you a refund when processing your order. 
Payment Information: We accept Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard online orders. Please DO NOT mail cash, checks or money orders. 
Order Problems
Unfortunately, errors do happen. If anything is wrong with your order (damaged, missing or incorrect item; billing issues, or anything else. please email us or call us at 877-820-3215. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. After 7 days, we will not replace or resend merchandise or issue refunds. When calling about an order problem, please have your order number ready.
