Warm Weather Shipping Rules 4/26/24 - Until Weather Allows
All shipments to Warm Weather Climates with cheese & sausage will require protective packaging. A $17 charge for all orders with cheese will be automatically added. This includes a Styrofoam cooler and ice packs. We will only ship cheese Monday- Wednesday. Shipping locations outside of our UPS one or two-day ship zones will be required to upgrade to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Saver.
If your shipping destination does not require warm-weather shipping/packaging, your final credit charge will be adjusted.
All orders placed after 12 pm CST on Wednesdays will not ship until the following Monday.

Shipping Facts
What States do you ship to? Brennan's ships cheese to the contiguous U.S. only. Sorry, no Alaska or Hawaii.
What shipping company do you use?: We only ship via UPS.
Time in Transit: UPS shipping days are business days only. Some cities do have Saturday UPS delivery, but we don’t factor this in, as it is not nationwide.
For example, if you ship a 2nd-Day Air package on Thursday, it will not arrive at its destination until Monday because of the weekend.
Product Availability Notice:
Occasionally, a product may be temporarily out of stock. We do our best to replenish our products as quickly as possible, but long delays can occur. We will notify you by email to arrange for a substitution or refund of the out-of-stock item.
Pricing Disclaimer for Cheese (this does not include our Classic Holiday Cheese Boxes- these cheeses are exact weight)
We hand-cut all of our cheeses, so the final weight of the individual product may be slightly more or slightly less than what is listed. The listed online price for our cheese is an estimate only. If the weight/price is less than what was paid for, we will issue you a refund when processing your order.
Payment Information: We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and PayPal for online orders. Please DO NOT mail cash, checks or money orders.
Order Problems
Unfortunately, errors do happen. If anything is wrong with your order (damaged, missing, or incorrect item; billing issues, or anything else. please email us or call us at 877-820-3215. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. After 7 days, we will not replace or resend merchandise or issue refunds. When calling about an order problem, please have your order number ready.
Returns
We don't accept returns on online orders.
