Yes, we do make party platters, and offer a fantastic variety of smoked meats and sides to make your event extra delicious!  

• We require 4-days notice for all Catering Orders. 
• 4 # minimum order on Hot Deli items.
• 1/4 # per person recommended for hot & cold deli items. 
• 12" Platter Serves 10-20
• 16" Platter Serves 20-30
• 18" Platter Serves 40-50
