We lived in Madison for 8 years, and I grew to love Brennan’s cheese and summer sausage. Now they do online orders. We are thrilled. So many of our friends now look forward to Christmas presents from our family as it always includes some Brennan’s cheese!

My aunt and uncle live in Madison Wisconsin. They introduced me to Brendan years ago. All of their cheeses are amazing, but this is my definite go to favorite. It is absolute perfection on almost any type of cracker or crisp!!! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!!
