Ingredients

one pumpkin’s worth seeds

1 Tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon seasoning (optional), like Chipotle Chili Powder

Description
It’s the simple things that can make a holiday special. The seasoning is optional. You can do plain for the kids and make something spicier for the grown-ups.

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400F. Toss seeds in oil , salt and seasoning. Place them in a single layer. Bake until golden brown, about 10-20 minutes. They may start to pop and that is okay.
