Hot Taco Dip

Serving Size: Serves 2-4
Ingredients
1/2 pound ground beef
4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 green onions (sliced)
1 Tablespoon taco seasoning
1 cup Brennan’s Salsa
1/2 cup Jack cheese, grated
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, cut and diced
2 green onion, sliced

Description
Cheesy, creamy, spicy… All the things a baked dip should be.
Preparation
Brown the meat in a pan and drain the grease. Mix everything in a large bowl, reserving some of the cheese. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the reserved cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350F oven until it is bubbly on the sides and golden brown on top, about 20-30 minutes. Top dip with lettuce, tomato and green onions and serve with chips.
