Fondue Me This Valentine's

Do you think they put Valentine's Day smack dab in the middle of the month so we have something to look forward to halfway through February?
One thing that I'm looking forward to this Valentine's Day is Fondue. Of course, I'm not limiting myself to cheese fondue. Chocolate will be involved, as well.
I love that Fondue feels fancy but it is quite easy to make. Here are some of my favorite recipes in case you want to add fondue to your holiday plans.
