WA State Pears (Bosc and Crimson)

Crisp, spicy and honey-sweet. Bosc Pears ripen from the inside out but don't change color as they ripen.  Ripe when slightly soft near the stem.

Very versatile. Try baked, broiled, poached, in pies, sauces or simply eat out-of-hand. Pair with 3-Year Aged Cheddar, Cabernet Sauvignon or Barbera. 

Aromatic, juicy, and sweet with a floral essence.
