This last one we got wasn't very smokey. We used to enjoy it alot. The farmer's cheese is wonderful as are the curds.

The best smoked string cheese ever !!! Very good smoked flavor , dried perfectly to get that good fine "string pull" from it . Well worth the cost to have it shipped up here. Need a store here in Minocqua... Thanks so much. Scott
