Addictingly Good Abergele.
Before the local cheese shop closed years ago I made note of the brand on the Abergele they sold. Brennans. I've been having it home delivered for years and give it as gifts. Unlike the old cheese shop Brennans hasn't ever been out of stock. Good stuff.

My Favorite Cheese!
I have always liked Brick Cheese but it was not readily available in most grocery stores. It has the most creamy texture and flavor. Light but very defined. It's marvelous and I can always have it now that I shop Brennan's. Try it, you'll like it:)
