Best cheese ever

This is hands down our favorite swiss cheese. Perfectly creamy yet firm, and deliciously nutty. We used to sometimes drive from TN when our daughter was in school at UW so we could load up the trunk with cheese from Brennans. Glad I finally realized I could order it during cooler months!

I have bought cheese from Brennans when you were located in Waukesha. I would come for Christmas to visit my children and make a trip to Brennans. I would take lots of cheese products back home with me. I haven't been able to do that since the store closed. I did not know that you had a store in Madison. Happy to know this now.
