A Swiss-style sausage made with beef, pork, and a unique seasoning blend. Landjaegers do not require refrigeration. In fact, they can be hung in a cool dry location and aged until more concentrated in flavor and chewier in texture.

Great product

Really enjoyed the Landjaeger while skiing Wolf creek. Took it for midday snacks while skiing but it was even better when the slope deli ran out of sandwiches. Thank for the excellent packaging and shipping
