Apple & Cinnamon Cheddar

Reminiscent of Thanksgiving's apple pie with a slice of cheddar, this cheese is delicious, though a bit more crumbly than I like. Slicing it wasn't as easy as some other cheeses. But it's worth buying again if I lived where I could pick it up. The shipping costs were much higher than expected, so my purchases must be limited to special occasions to justify that cost.

Our family tried this for the first time maybe 3 years ago because the name sounded so interesting. Now we buy it every time we're at the Market or ordering online. The family ages range from 6 years old to 75 years old and we all just love it. We really love it as a grilled cheese or with homemade crackers.
