Farmer Basil Cheese

I fell in love with this cheese when I lived in Wisconsin. I was delighted to find it available for delivery. The texture is firm and smooth complimenting the basil flavor.
The cost of shipping is much higher than initially shown, so I won't be ordering as often as I'd like, however. That makes me very sad.

Great cheese.

We shopped at Brennans frequently when we lived in the Madison area. Staff and all food and wine are great. When we moved out of state, we started ordering cheese because it was so good snd we missed it. Still miss shopping at the store.

Farmer cheese with basil

Love this cheese. Mild flavor . Great texture but not over powering basil. Great on toast for breakfast and is one of the first ones gone when on an appetizer tray.
