1/2 cup (4 oz) Wisconsin Creamy Gorgonzola cheese

2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil

1/2 cup walnuts

sliced apples and pears

2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil

This savory fruit dip offers a nice contrast to sweet apples and pears.

In a small bowl, combine cheeses and basil. Mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, then refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Before serving, cover with chopped walnuts; arrange apple and pear slices around the bowl.
