Tomato & Blue Cheese Salad
Serving Size: Serves 4-6
4 vine-ripened tomatoes
fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup Pitted Kalamata Olives, sliced
1/2 cup (3 oz) Blue Cheese crumbled
1/4 cup basil leaves, julienned
1 small red onion, sliced paper thin
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Wine Country Kitchens Balsamic Vinegar

This flavorful salad is great with as a meatless entree or a side to beef, chicken or fish.
Slice tomatoes and arrange on large platter. Season with pepper, to taste. Sprinkle olives, blue cheese, basil and onion over tomatoes. Drizzle generously with olive oil and vinegar.
