Taste of Wisconsin Tailgating Dip
Serving Size: Serves 6
8 oz cream cheese
3-4 Tablespoons Brennan’s Dusseldorf Mustard
1/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup onions, finely diced
16 oz Cracovia Sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
16 oz Brennan’s Medium Swiss, shredded
1 bottle Amber Beer, as needed
at least 1 lb cooked and sliced brats

All the yummy things you find on a brat in a cheesy dip. Dunk in cooked and sliced brats for a real Wisconsin Fondue.
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot, except beer. Melt over low heat until heat through, about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Thin dip with Amber Beer to reach desired consistency and flavor. ( Whatever you don't put in the dip is chef's treat!) Heat through.
Serve with cooked and sliced Brats for dipping.
