Sweet and Hot Pepper Chicken

1/2 cup Brennan’s Sweet and Hot Pepper Relish

1 Tablespoon soy sauce

1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar

1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

2 chicken breasts, cubed

2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 cup chopped onion

2-3 cups prepared rice

This is a super simple and spicy dish, but drizzle with relish according to your spicy taste. I just made this for my husband who loves spicy and he raved about it! A great spin on sweet n sour chicken.

Combine relish, soy sauce, and vinegar in a small pan and keep warm. Combine flour, pepper, seasoning salt, in bowl and coat chicken. Saute in oil until browned. Add garlic and onion and saute another 2-3 minutes. Put chicken over rice and drizzle with relish sauce.
