Superbowl Queso Dip 2.0

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups (18 ounces) Brennan’s Cellars Cheddar Cheese Spread

1/2 cup milk, heated

1/4 cup sweet green peppers, chopped

1/4 cup sweet yellow peppers, chopped

1/4 cup scallions, chopped

for garnish Cilantro (optional)

Description
This cheesy dip is great served with tortilla chips, fresh veggies and brats.

Preparation
Melt cheese spread and milk in a crockpot over low heat, stirring occasionally. Once melted Once melted add red & green peppers and scallions. Mix dip well. Garnish with cilantro just before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, veggies &  cooked and sliced brats.
