Strawberry Basil Spritzer

Refreshing and simple - yet elegant enough for brunch or a dinner party! Make it by the glass or by the pitcher depending on the size of your crowd.
By the glass:
1 oz. Tait Farm Strawberry Basil Shrub
4 oz. Sauvignon Blanc wine
3 oz. club soda or seltzer water
slice of lime
By the pitcher:
6 oz. Tait Farm Strawberry Basil Shrub
1 bottle of Sauvignon Blanc wine
1/2 a liter of club soda (or seltzer)
Garnish: fresh strawberries and a sprig of fresh basil
Combine the wine and shrub in a 10 oz. wine glass (or large pitcher). Add a squeeze of lime and the club soda. Garnish each glass with a strawberry and a sprig of fresh basil upon serving.
