Spicy Fruit Salsa

Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
1 mango, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch dice
1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/2 inch dice
1 pint strawberries, hulled and quartered
2 Tablespoons sugar, depending on the ripeness of the fruit and your taste
1 red Serrano or Jalapeno chili, seeded and minced (wear rubber gloves)
2 Tablespoons minced fresh mint

Description
This salsa is great with grilled chicken or fish. Also, don’t be afraid to try substitutions. Swap out the mango or papaya for peaches or nectarines
Preparation
In a bowl stir together the mango, the papaya, the strawberries, the sugar, and the pepper. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, and stir in the mint.
