Sparkling Strawberry Citrus Cocktail

Ingredients
1 750 mL bottle chilled Prosecco
2 cup strawberries, hulled
2 Tablespoons water
1/4 cup orange juice
1 small orange, sliced into rounds, for garnish
for garnish Mint sprigs

Description
This zippy cocktail is great for bridal or graduation parties. Looks great in a punchbowl.
Preparation
In blender puree strawberries and 2 tablespoons of water until smooth.
In pitcher or punch bowl, combine strawberry puree with orange juice and sparkling wine.
Garnish with orange slices and mint.
