Serving Size: Makes 2 cocktails
3/4 cup Rose wine
4 cups ice
1/4 cup simple syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve with a straw. Garnish with a strawberry only if you are feeling fancy. To make simple syrup.
Combine water and sugar in medium saucepan. Stir sugar and water over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 3 minutes. Transfer syrup to bowl and chill thoroughly.
DO AHEAD: Syrup can be made 2 weeks ahead. Cover and keep refrigerated.
