Ingredients
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
3 Tablespoons minced onion
1 can chopped green chilis
2 Tablespoons flour
1/3 cup Amber Beer
1/4 lb Muenster, grated
1/4 lb Cheddar, grated
handful chopped Cilantro

Description
All you need are some tortilla chips and a comfy place to sit at eat your snack.
Preparation
In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Saute minced onion in oil. Add green chiles, flour, Amber Beer, cheese and a handful of chopped cilantro; cook until the cheese melts. Transfer to an ovenproof serving dish and then broil until bubbly.
