Peach Burrata Toast Two Ways
A delicious way to enjoy Chin Drippin' Peaches!

 

Peach Burrata Toast

Peach & Burrata Toast with Fortune Favors (formerly Nutkrack) & Honey

Serves 3

Ingredients
French, Hearty Wheat, Ciabatta, or Sourdough Toasted (3 slices)
8 oz Belgioioso Burrata
Two Ripe Chin Drippin' Peaches, sliced
1/4 cup Fortune Favors Original Pecans (formerly known as Nutkrack),  roughly chopped
Wisconsin Honey for drizzling
Sprinkle of sea salt, to taste

Directions
Spread each peach of toast with burrata and top with sliced peaches and nuts. Drizzle with honey and lightly sprinkle with sea salt.

Peach Burrata Toast with Balsamic Glaze

Serves 3

Ingredients
Ciabatta Loaf, sliced in half lengthwise. Cut one half into 3 sections. Reserve the other half for another use
Arugula, 3 small handfuls
8 oz Belgioioso Burrata
3 Chin Drippin' Peaches, sliced
3-4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil
3 Tablespoons Delallo or Di Bruno Brothers Balsamic Glaze
Sea Salt, to taste

Directions

Toast 3 sections of ciabatta bread in a toaster oven or a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

Top with arugula leaves, a light drizzle of olive oil and sea salt. Cut the creamy burrata cheese and place on top with a light drizzle of olive oil. Top with the peach slices and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
