Mulled-Wine Cranberry Sauce

1 1/2 cups Dry Red Wine 

2 large Navel Oranges

3 cups (12 ounces) fresh cranberries

1/2 cup (packed) golden brown sugar

1/4 cup finely chopped crystallized ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Chill.
