Mixed Greens with Feta, Almonds, and Blueberries

Ingredients
1 1/2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 5 ounce baby salad greens
1/2 cup (about 2 1/2 ounces) Crumbled Feta cheese
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup almonds, toasted

Description
A nice summer luncheon salad or served with grilled chicken or pork.
Preparation
Whisk vinegar, oil, and honey in small bowl. Â Season to taste with salt and pepper. Â Combine greens, feta, and blueberries in large bowl. Â Add dressing; toss to coat. Â Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
