Ingredients
1 (4 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan or American Grana, grated
1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
pepper to taste

This dip is super simple. Serve with toasted bread or crackers
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix everything and place in a baking dish. Bake oven until the top is nice and browned, about 30-50 minutes.
