Hot Caramelized Onion Dip
Serving Size: Serves 4
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon oil
4 large sweet onions, sliced
4 ounces Brennan’s Cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup American Grana
pepper to taste

Carmelizing the onions takes time, but it is so worth it. Enjoy with crackers, veggies, or sliced baguettes.
Melt the butter and heat the oil in a pan. Add the onions and slowly caramelize on medium-low for about 1 to 3 hours. Mix everything and place it in a baking dish. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until the top is nice and browned about 30-50 minutes.
