Horseradish Bacon Dip

Serving Size: Serves 8
1 1/2 cups Cheddar, shredded
3/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
6 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 Tablespoons Jarred Horseradish
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Green Onion, chopped and divided
This dip adds a big pop of flavor to any party spread.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for 1 teaspoon of green onion. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with green onion remaining green onion.
