Holiday Beef Cooking Directions

Rib Roast (Prime Rib):

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
    Prime Rib
  2. Roast for 45 minutes
  3. Turn off oven and let roast sit for 1 hour
  4. Reheat oven to 325°F and cook to internal temp as desired:
  • 120°F – medium rare
  • 130°F – medium
  • 140°F – medium well
  • 150°F – well done
  1. Pull roast and rest for 15 minutes

Tenderloin:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Roast tenderloin for 20‐40 min. until desired internal temp is reached:
  • 120°F – medium rare
  • 130°F – medium
  • 140°F – medium well
  • 150°F – well done
  1. Pull tenderloin out and rest for 10 minutes
