Holiday Beef Cooking Directions

Rib Roast (Prime Rib):
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Roast for 45 minutes
- Turn off oven and let roast sit for 1 hour
- Reheat oven to 325°F and cook to internal temp as desired:
- 120°F – medium rare
- 130°F – medium
- 140°F – medium well
- 150°F – well done
- Pull roast and rest for 15 minutes
Tenderloin:
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Roast tenderloin for 20‐40 min. until desired internal temp is reached:
- 120°F – medium rare
- 130°F – medium
- 140°F – medium well
- 150°F – well done
- Pull tenderloin out and rest for 10 minutes
