Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce

Description
A great summer dessert that doesn’t heat up the kitchen!

Ingredients

6 large, ripe, halved and pits removed Chin Drippin’ Peaches
3 tablespoons melted butter
Brennan's Vanilla Ice Cream
Caramel Kitchens Sea Salt or Bourbon Caramel 

 

Directions
Brush the cut sides of the halved peaches with melted butter. Place cut-side down on grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush the tops with the remaining butter.
Cook for 4-6 minutes, or until grill marks form and the peaches start to soften. Flip the peaches. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the peaches are soft. 

Remove to platter and serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
