Granola Apple Crisp
8 medium Pacific Rose Apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
2 1/2 cups Brennan’s Original Granola
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, melted

Easy and delicious!
In a large bowl, toss the apples, lemon juice and lemon peel. Transfer to a greased 3- qt. slow cooker. Combine Granola, sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the apples. Drizzle with butter. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the apples are tender. Serve warm. Yields 6-8 servings. Enjoy!
