Fresh Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

4  Navel Oranges, peeled

2 cups ice

1/3 cup milk (your preference)

1-2 Tablespoons honey or agave

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Description
A healthy and fresh breakfast or midday pick-me-up.

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.  Add more ice if you would like.
