6 oz feta, softened and crumbled

1/4 cup softened butter

2 Tablespoon chopped green onion

1/3 cup crab meat (optional)

8 oz Brennan’s Cream Cheese, softened

1/3 cup chopped Kalamata Olives

1/4 Tablespoon flat leaf parsley

Serve this delicious spread on crackers, toasted slices of French bread or with cut-up vegetables. Your friends and family will demand this recipe!

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight for the best flavor. Set out 15 minutes before serving.Cook’s note: You can make a cheese ball, roll in parsley and serve.
