Easy Lemon Dip

Serve this easy dip with Effie’s Oatcakes, Cookie Pretzels or fruit. Create parfaits with granola and fruit. Use in as base in fruit tarts.
Ingredients:
1 jar Harrowgate Farms Lemon Curd
8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
*For a less sweet dip, reduce the amount of lemon curd.
Directions:
Combine in bowl and blend with mixer for 2 minutes. Chill until ready to serve.
