Ā Winter Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • 1 soft cheese (Brie, Blue, Gorgonzola, Goat)
  • 2 semi-soft cheese (Gouda, Sweet Swiss, Havarti, Brick, Jack, Abergele, Farmer Basil)
  • 1 hard cheese (Aged Cheddar, Parmesan, Aged Swiss)
  • 2 cured meats - Brennan's Salami, Brennan's Summer Sausage, Prosciutto, Driftless Provisions Finnochiona, Soppressata, Loukanika, Saucisson Sec or Chorizo
  • baguette slices
  • assorted crackers and breadsticks
  • nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, pecans, walnuts). Cinnamon Roasted Nuts orĀ Fortune Favors Pecans
  • fruit (grapes, figs, apple slices, pear slices, dried apricots, dried cranberries)
  • other (Delallo Marinated Olives, Brennan's Fig Preserves, roasted red peppers, Terrapin Ridge Mustard, sun-dried tomatoes, Elki Pesto, Elki Tapenade, Tait Farms Chutney)

Directions:

Arrange all of your ingredientsĀ on the cutting board andĀ nestle your bowls of condiments. Don't forget about spoons, toothpicks, cheese knives and tongs.Ā
