Create an Epic Charcuterie Board
Easy to make and a show stopper! So versatile. You can let your creative juices fly. Vary it from season to season and theme to theme. No matter what, you'll get raving reviews.
Ingredients
- 1 soft cheese (Brie, Blue, Gorgonzola, Goat)
- 2 semi-soft cheese (Gouda, Sweet Swiss, Havarti, Brick, Jack, Abergele, Farmer Basil)
- 1 hard cheese (Aged Cheddar, Parmesan, Aged Swiss)
- 2 cured meats - Brennan's Salami, Brennan's Summer Sausage, Prosciutto, Driftless Provisions Finnochiona, Soppressata, Loukanika, Saucisson Sec or Chorizo
- baguette slices
- assorted crackers and breadsticks
- nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, pecans, walnuts). Cinnamon Roasted Nuts or Fortune Favors Pecans
- fruit (grapes, figs, apple slices, pear slices, dried apricots, dried cranberries)
- other (Delallo Marinated Olives, Brennan's Fig Preserves, roasted red peppers, Terrapin Ridge Mustard, sun-dried tomatoes, Elki Pesto, Elki Tapenade, Tait Farms Chutney)
Directions:
Arrange all of your ingredients on the cutting board and nestle your bowls of condiments. Don't forget about spoons, toothpicks, cheese knives and tongs.
