Cheese Curd, Peach, Prosciutto Appetizer
Savory, sweet and salty in one yummy bite. Pair with a Prosecco such as Pizzolato Organic Prosecco.
Ingredients
Brennan's Muenster (white) Cheese Curds
3 ripe Chin Drippin' Peaches, halved, pitted and sliced
1/4 lb thinly sliced prosciutto
Directions
Please a cheese curd in the "pit" of the peach and secure with a slice of prosciutto that has been halved lengthwise.
