Balsamic Brun-uusto Kabobs

A Caprese Salad on a stick. What's not to love? Serves 3-4


4 slices (about 1-inch thick) French bread baguette, cubed
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 package (6 ounces) Brun-uusto Baked Cheese (juustoleipa), cubed
3 to 4 metal or water-soaked wooden skewers
Basil leaves, thinly sliced
Balsamic Glaze, like Delallo or Di Bruno Bros.


Grease grill grate. Heat grill to medium. Thread the bread, tomatoes and Brun-uusto alternately on skewers. Grill kabobs, covered, over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is warmed through, turning once. Drizzle with balsamic Glaze.  Garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
