Adapted By Brennan's 27 Sep 2018

Serving Size: Serves 8

Ingredients

1 8-10lb ham

15-20 Cloves

1 cup Brennan’s Apple Butter, Low Sugar or Regular

1/2 cup orange juice

1 Tablespoon dried onion flakes

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Adapted From: Allrecipes

Description
This yummy ham glaze will become your go-to-recipe when making ham

Preparation
Position oven rack in bottom third of oven; heat to 325F. You’ll need a shallow roasting pan. Press cloves into the ham. Place ham in roasting pan; pour water in pan. Cover loosely with heavy-duty foil. Roast ham for 1 ½ hours.

Meanwhile, make glaze ingredients. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer until slightly thickened. Remove ham from oven; brush with one-third of the glaze. Continue to bake, uncovered, 1 hour, brushing with remaining glaze every 20 minutes, or until internal temperature registers 160F on an instant-read thermometer.

Let ham rest 20 minutes. Remove cloves. Transfer to a platter. Serve hot, warm, or at room temperature.
