The tart flavor of cranberries is essential to balance out the rich flavors on your holiday table. If you’re looking for an alternative to canned, we’ve got three great selections for you!

• Elki Lingonberry Sauce $10.99: Perfection with Swedish Meatballs. Serve alongside a cheese platter, use in a panini sandwich with roast turkey and Camembert or Brie cheese or spread on a toasted English muffin, scone, or as a cheesecake topping. 13.4oz
• Terrapin Ridge Cranberry Relish with Grand Marnier $8.99 -- Tart cranberries and apples, drizzled with Grand Marnier, create a sophisticated cranberry relish. Perfect for hot open-faced turkey sandwiches or a leftover turkey casserole. Add to stuffing or use as the crowning touch on a turkey club sandwich. An incredible Fall appetizer poured over Brie and warmed in the oven. Gluten-Free. 11oz
• Tait Farms Cranberry Chutney $9.99-- A classic chutney that is sweet, savory, and slightly spicy. Use to enhance poultry and pork dishes, and it is a terrific addition to a turkey sandwich. It is also delicious served with cream cheese and crackers as an appetizer, making a great addition to your holiday table. 9oz

Create a Delicious Thanksgiving Cheese Board (DIY)

This appetizer recipe is easy to make and a showstopper!

    Autumn Cheese Board
    • 1 soft cheese (Rock 'n Rolla Gorgonzola, Brie)
    • 2 semi-soft cheeses (Gouda, Baby Swiss, Havarti, Brick)
    • 1 hard cheese (Aged Cheddar, Parmesan, Aged Swiss)
    • Brennan's Apple Crisps or Caramelized Onion Crackers
    • Cured Meats: Salami (Driftless Provisions or Brennan's)
    • Nuts: Fortune Favors, cashews or cinnamon-roasted almonds
    • Tait Farms Apple or Cranberry Chutney
    • Fresh or Dried Fruit (grapes, pear or apple slices, dried apricots, figs or cranberries)
    • Brennan's Leaf Cookies

Simply assemble ingredients all over the board until the cheese board is full and you can't see the board.

    Brock's Wine Picks

Thanksgiving is a very versatile and forgiving holiday for wine pairings.. The classic options are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (of which we feature one here and many more in the store), but we always like to venture out a bit and try something new and delicious, as well!

    NON-ALCOHOLIC
Mock & Co Non-Alcoholic Old Fashioneds
    Madison, Wisconsin
    $13.99 4/7.5oz
Wisconsin loves the warming fall flavors of an Old Fashioned but not everyone wants the kick of alcohol usually associated with it. Mock & Co are classic Wisconsin mocktails made locally to keep the good times rolling all holiday season sans the booze. Available in sweet, sour, low sugar, and Wisco mule for those who prefer a gingery kick.
Pair with: Packer’s football, Brennan’s summer sausage and cheese curds.

NA Chouffe Non-Alcoholic Belgian Blonde Ale
    Achouffe, Belgium
    $13.99 4/11.2oz
Features a golden-blond color, a pearl-white head, and a unique flavor profile blending citrus, malt, and light spices with a crisp, refreshing, and dry finish. Aromas and flavors from the Belgian yeast are great complements to cool weather spices and flavors.
Pair with: Baked brie with apple butter, cranberry sauce, and smoked salmon.

    BEER
    Allagash White Ale
    Portland, Maine
    $7.99 4/12oz
A crisp and balanced Belgian-style wheat beer featuring bright notes of orange zest, Curaçao orange peel, lemon, and a subtle touch of banana. Brewed with coriander, it offers an intricate herbal complexity with hints of white pepper, cardamom, chamomile, and clove. A soft, doughy malt and oat backbone provides a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and a characteristic hazy appearance. It concludes with a dry, refreshing finish highlighted by a mild citrus-pith bitterness.
Pair with: Thanksgiving. It's a perfect beer for the whole day!

    WHITE
    Anne de Joyeuse Viognier
    Limoux, France
    $11.99 / 750ml
Features a bright gold color with an aromatic nose of floral scents like hawthorn and acacia, ripe apricot, and pear. The palate is rich and oily with notes of peach, honey, and a touch of citrus.

Pair with: Roasted turkey breast, roasted carrots, and goat cheese tartlets.

    ROSE
    Château La Genestière Tavel Rosé
    Tavel, France
    $29.99 / 750ml
A structured, food-friendly Southern Rhône rosé featuring a vibrant crimson-magenta color. It offers aromas of fresh raspberries, strawberries, rose petals, and white pepper, alongside a rich, full-bodied palate offering a rich, juicy texture that feels more like a light red wine than a casual summer sipper. Long, savory, mineral-driven finish.
Pair with dark meat turkey, rich gravy, and herbes-de-provence roasted potatoes.

    RED
    Groundwork Red Blend
    Central Coast, California
    $18.99 / 750ml
Features bold aromas of rhubarb, blackberry, baked plum, and wild raspberry. Its palate combines mixed berries, a touch of cocoa, tart cherry, and sweet tobacco, leading to a slightly herbaceous finish with chalky tannins and wet clay.
Pair with: Roasted Brussels sprouts, garlic mashed potatoes, and a whole turkey leg with crispy skin.

    FRUIT
    Lautenbach’s Orchard Country Lingonberry Wine
    Door County, Wisconsin
    $14.99 / 750ml
Earthy, delicate, and distinctly sweet; this wine features subtle, balanced red fruit aromas while the palate brings crisp berry notes closely reminiscent of wild strawberries and tart lingonberries.
Pair with: The whole meal. Like liquid cranberry sauce, the sweet-tart profile cuts through the rich foods throughout the entire meal.

    SPARKLING
    Ki La Cava Brut
    Spain
    $14.99 / 750ml
Aromatic notes of citrus and crisp green apple with layers of meringue, brioche, and subtle marzipan scents from lees aging, with hints of white flowers. Flavors of Granny Smith apple, fresh pear, and subtle peach. Dry, crisp, and malic with a vibrant, crunchy texture and lively effervescence. A clean, savory finish backed by a chalky, mineral-driven edge.
Pair with: Fresh fruit, charcuterie and cheese boards, herbaceous stuffing, and pumpkin mousse pie.
