This traditional, Old World summer sausage is only made with lean, choice, coarsely ground beef and seasoned “just right”. Slowly smoked over hardwood slabs in an old-fashioned brick smokehouse for two days to bring out the robust flavor and an irresistible tantalizing aroma.

I was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, and ate summer sausage regularly. I have lived in TN, KY and now PA and although PA comes somewhat close with some of their sausages, they just don't have the seasonings that I am used to from Wisconsin sausages. I will continue to order -- gives me that back home feeling.

I used to get your non-garlic summer sausage from your store in Waukesha/Pewaukee but it closed. Then someone sent me a gift package from Madison and it renewed my taste in your product so I ordered some for myself.

Aged cheddar and classic beef summer sausage

Both the 15 year old cheddar and the beef summer sausage are the BEST we have EVER FOUND!!!!!!!! I have lived in Arizona since 1984 ,originally from Wisconsin and when visiting Wisconsin I have always carried it back on the plane and the the store on bluemound road closed I stared ordering it. Thank you for excellent products!!!!!
