Sumo Oranges

Sumo Oranges

Exceptionally Sweet with Very Low Acid. California-Grown at Family-Owned Orchards

Sumo Citrus is a hybrid of the Japanese Mandarin and the California Navel Orange that has huge sweet-sour flavor. The result of 30 years of cultivation in Japan, where they are known as Dekopon Citrus, Sumos became part of the tradition of offering only the very best fruit as a gift.

Sumos were first harvested in California's Central Valley in 2011 and are only available for a limited time and at only a select number of specialty markets around the country. Don't let Sumo's rough exterior fool you. They are somewhat delicate. In fact, they are picked and packed by hand for the best quality.

Super easy-to-peel and seedless, Sumo segments literally melt in your mouth with a burst of delectable sweetness. So, enjoy them today. You deserve it!
