Wisconsin Muenster Cheese

Mild in flavor and firm in texture, Muenster is a superb melter and excellent addition to just about any sandwich. Muenster has a semi-soft texture and a creamy white interior. The exterior of the cheese is coated with annatto give the surface an orange color. Try it with avocado, onions, celery or eggs.
