The first in the Brennan's collection, this mustard is perfect for sandwiches or brats. It's spicy flavor makes it the perfect foil for heartier cheeses like Aged Cheddar, Swiss and Limburger.

The most popular mustard in our collection celebrates Wisconsin's cranberry crop. This sweet-tart mustard is great with mild cheeses like Baby Swiss, Gouda and Mild Brick. It's also good atop broiled or grilled salmon or mixed into mayo for a chicken salad dressing.
