Locally made... creamy, rich and delicious
When we decided that we wanted to have our own ice cream we had lots of ideas for flavors, but no idea how to make ice cream. Luckily, we found a small, locally-owned, family-run ice cream shop that could turn our ideas into decandent, delicious ice cream. So, we grabbed our spoons and got to work. After much trial (meaning sampling!), we have come up with fantastic flavors and are always working on more.
Premium Chocolate and Vanilla 1/2 Gallons
Made with Nielsen Massey Vanilla, our Vanilla Ice Cream is what vanilla ice cream should taste like. Our chocolate is dense and rich. In the ice cream world, it's all about butterfat and overrun. We use high butterfat base for all of our ice creams. Overrun means how much air is incorporated into ice cream. The more air incorporated into ice cream, the less dense and rich it becomes. We use very low overruns.
Super Ultra Premium Ice Cream
This is where we go to town with our flavor ideas. We have constantly rotating lineup of flavors. Believe it or not, we make these with an even higher butterfat content and lower overrun to create the ultimate ice cream experience. Here are just a few of the flavors we have made.
