Deviled Ham (Main Dish Sandwich/Burger/Wrap)

After big holidays, there's always extra ham around. Instead of traditional sandwiches, make this Deviled Ham and create terrific sandwiches. For a cold sandwich, serve on rye bread with lettuce and pickles. For a hot sandwich, add deviled ham to your classic Cheddar or Swiss Grilled Cheese. Yum!

Ingredients:
    1 pound smoked ham (cooked, cut int 1 inch cubes)
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup mustard (like Brennan's Dusseldorf or Amber Beer Mustard)
    1/2 cup onion (diced)
    2 tablespoon hot sauce (such as Panola)
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 teaspoons hot smoked paprika
    salt and pepper to taste


Preparation:

Chop the ham to the desired size in a food processor.
Mix everything.
Use a sandwich spread.
