Pasta with Spicy Peanut Sauce and Chicken

This yummy pasta dish is easy to make and tasty. Depending on how saucy you want your salad. Use one to 2 jars of the peanut sauce.

Ingredients:
    1 to 2 jars Native Spicy Peanut Sauce, sauce to taste
    2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cut into small cubes
    12 ounces pasta, like penne or farfalle
    2 carrots, cut into thin slices diagonally
    1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
    1/2 pound snow peas, trimmed and cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces
    4 scallions, thinly sliced
    1 red bell pepper, cored and diced


Preparation:

In a small saucepan warm the Spicy Peanut Sauce over moderate heat and add chicken.

In a kettle of boiling salted water cook pasta for 8 minutes. Add sliced carrots for cooking pasta, stir and cook for 1 minute. Add the broccoli, stir and cook for 30 seconds. Add the snow peas, stir and cook for another 30 seconds. Drain the pasta and vegetables in a colander.
Transfer the cooked pasta and vegetables to a bowl and pour the sauce/chicken mixture over, tossing to combine. Sprinkle with scallions and red pepper.
