Pepperoni Pesto Grilled Cheese Sandwich

A delightful twist on a classic

Ingredients:
    3 tablespoons Bear Pont Farms Pepperoni Pesto
    1 slice Cheddar or Mozzarella
    2 to -3 basil leave (optional)
    2 slices bread
    1 tablespoon butter


Preparation:

Assemble sandwich and spread butter on both sides.

Grill until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown on both sides, about 2-4 minutes per side.
